Fimbriidae 花籃蛤科：Shell large, thick, solid, equivalve, without gape. Parivincular ligament opisthodetic, deeply burried between both valves. Both valves possessing 2 cardinal teeth and anterior and posterior lateral teeth. Beak prosogyrous. Anterior adductor muscle scar larger than the posterior one. Integripalliate.
