- 貝類科名：腹足綱（Gastropoda）的珊瑚螺科（Coralliophilidae）。
- 導讀：山村花仙螺Hirtomurex yamamurai n. sp.的貝殼呈紡綞形，螺塔低、圓錐形。體層肩部稍圓，貝殼表面很粗，有粗細相間的螺旋浮彫肋，肋上呈小鱗片狀，在體層及次體層長有未封閉管形短棘。貝殼純白色，稍有透明感。本極似於寺町花仙螺Hirtomurex teramachii (Kuroda, 1959)及河村花仙螺Hirtomurex kawamurai Shikama, 1978，但介於中間體形。模式標本(30.5x20.5 mm)由台灣博物館收藏，標本編號為TMMT-8826。模式標本產自日本三重縣熊野外海深約200-230公尺。
